If you’re ordering multiple items, additional shipping fees may apply. These are typically less than 5€ per item, but for larger items, they may be up to 10€.
Delivery times depend on your shipping location. Most orders arrive within 7 business days, but for some countries, it may take up to 21 business days. Delivery will never take longer than 21 business days.

Once you place your order, we forward it to our trusted provider. They then prepare your order by applying the selected design to the chosen items. After the preparation is complete, your order is shipped directly from their facility to your delivery address.

We’re so sorry if you recieved the wrong product or the product you ordered arrived damaged. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
Yes, you can cancel your order, but please make sure to email us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once we receive your request in time, we will cancel the order and refund your payment.
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at [email protected] with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
